Our goal is to provide quality service with a quality product. While we do our best to achieve that goal and to communicate the details of our services, we understand that there may be reasons that a refund may be requested. In this end we offer a full refund on any of our hosting packages within 45 days of receipt of payment for that package.
Before requesting a refund we would ask that you contact us by submitting a Help Ticket to see if there anything that we can do to help alleviate the problem at hand. If we cannot resolve your problem or if it's something that is completely out of our hands, please submit a Help Ticket to our helpdesk to request that your account be canceled and your payment refunded. We will process the request in a timely manner and make sure to keep in contact with you through the process.
On any account where a free domain is offered as part of the plan, the ownership of that registered domain will transfer to Suggest The Best Web Services. If you would like to keep that domain, please let us know and we can either take the cost out of your refund or we can invoice you for the cost of the domain.
This policy applies only to our Hosting plans. It does not apply to any Website Design, Development, Implementation or other hosting addons such as Business Registration, ID Protect or SSL Certificates.
